Policies
If you are not completely
satisfied with your HiddenViewInc.com
purchase, you may return it within thirty days from the date of purchase
for a refund or exchange. All opened merchandise may be subject to a restocking
fee (up to 20%) based on the condition of the return. Refunds and exchanges
are subject to the terms below. Please follow the instructions below, when
returning a product:

Return Authorization (RA) number. HiddenViewInc.com will not except a return
unless it has an RA number. To obtain an RA number, call Customer Service
at 1-866-443-8439 between Mon.-Fri., 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or send us
an E-mail at returns@hiddenviewinc.com.

or damaged, we will replace it with a product of equal value if the original

is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise shipped by you.

has been received and processed, we will issue a credit to your credit

Unopened Merchandise
Any merchandise that
has not been opened may be returned to
HiddenViewInc.com
within 30 days from the purchase date.

Opened
Merchandise
Any merchandise that
has not been opened may be returned to HiddenViewInc.com
within 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds of opened merchandise will
be issued only if products are in their original condition with all packaging
and manuals. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may apply.
HiddenViewInc.com will not refund any original shipping costs associated
with the returned product.
Defective Merchandise
Any product purchased
through HiddenViewInc.com
that is defective can be returned to us within 30 days from the date of

Please
pack the defective item in its original packing material and box along
with all manuals, etc.. Once we have received and processed your return,
if we determine that the product is defective, we will ship you a replacement
product
at no charge. Note:This does not apply if the damage is due to an installation
error.
