Policies
All orders within the Continental United
States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) will be shipped UPS Ground Service
at UPS standard rates. Overnight, 2nd day air and FedEx overnight
rates are available at an additional cost.
Shipping Method:

days (unless otherwise specified)
*UPS and FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight shipping
charges are based on the weight of the item(s) you order.
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours
of processing. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. EST on Friday and weekend
(Saturday and Sunday) orders are processed on Monday. Orders placed Monday
through Friday before noon are processed that same business day.
When your order is placed, you will receive
an e-mail notification advising you
of the following:

Your Customer Order Invoice Number

Items and Catalog numbers of products being
shipped in your order.

Your Shipping address
After your order is processed and shipped
you will receive an e-mail containing the following information:

Order amount charged to your credit card

Date of shipment and type of shipment (ground,
2nd day, next day)

Order tracking number

Address the order is shipping to.
Backorder Policy
HiddenViewInc.com works continuously to
maintain a complete stock of all advertised products so that your order
will be sent in a timely manner, however, there are occasions when an item
or product may be out of stock. If a product you purchase is on backorder,
we will send an e-mail within 24 hours of your order to notify you of the
status of your order. This notification will occurr prior to your credit
card being processed.
At that time you may:

Cancel the entire order.

Request the order be shipped complete - we
will notify you of the expected ship date.

Ship order incomplete. When the backordered
item arrives, it will be shipped to you immediately.
